今天DIY燕麦面膜

环保又节约

原料：

燕麦——[ 发觉家里有吃不完的早早麦片，还有一个月要到期了 于是拿出来做面膜] 2勺

奶粉——[ 过年人家送的雀巢奶粉] 1勺

薏仁——[ 就用绿豆薏仁汤的薏仁旧可以了，用料理机磨成粉] 1勺

燕麦薏仁美白面膜！

DIY：我用开水调合，应为燕麦需要泡开的，我心急不想等，就用开水冲，燕麦奶粉薏仁粉，用小半碗水调和，稠一点，以免图在脸上不会掉下来。

洗好面孔后涂上去，厚厚的一层， 然后就是等15-20分钟，用清水洗干净就好。



照了下镜子，鼻子上的黑头明显少了，面孔想掉了层皮，超级嫩。让妈妈看看，妈妈说面孔好像小了点，难道我面孔高头伽许多老坑？我想了想，可能是薏仁有帮助排水的功能，让我消肿了，：）

觉得很好，所以推荐给有兴趣的朋友， 这个很环保，又节约，和外面那些号称全天然的高级化妆品效果差不多，这可是真正全天然。另外还喜欢燕麦的麦香。

COMPOSITION
Phenobarbitone 100mg.

ACTIONS
A long acting barbiturate with sedative, hypnotic and anticonvulsant properties.

INDICATIONS
Treatment of seizures, convulsions, idiopathic epilepsy and status epilepticus in dogs.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Severe hepatic or renal impairment.

PRECAUTIONS
Should be used cautiously during pregnancy because pregnant animals are more sensitive or responsive to depressant effects then nonpregnant animals.
Exposure during prenatal growth can induce permanent changes in sexual development.
Reduced dose rate should be used in geriatric animals with severe respiratory insufficiency.

ADVERSE REACTIONS
At the initiation of treatment, high therapeutic range blood levels may be manifest as sedation and ataxia that disappear gradually.
Less severe side effects include fatigue, listlessness, polyphagia and polydipsia polyuria that is more prominent in larger and older dogs than in smaller animals.
When given orally for long periods, hepatotoxicity may occur due to the high concentration of phenobarbitone present in the portal circulation. Hepatic function should be tested by serum analysis every 6 months.

INTERACTIONS
Drug interactions occur with other anticonvulsants. Interactions may also be encountered with antibiotics, antacids, cardiac medications, theophylline and its derivatives, and steroids. Phenobarbitone reduces the bioavailability of most drugs administered concurrently due to hepatic enzyme induction.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Dogs: 1/2 to 1 tablet/12.5Kg bodyweight (2 to 8mg/Kg). Administer once daily or in divided doses every 12 hours.
Medication should be consistently given at the same times each day. Divide the tablet to obtain the required dose. Use the minimum dose necessary to control the condition.
After initiation of treatment, dosing should continue unchanged for 2 to 3 weeks (ie. seven times the half-life of phenobarbitone in dogs) in order to achieve steady state concentration (Css). Serum should be monitored and dosage adjusted in order to achieve Css within 20 to 40 microgram/mL (86-172 micromol/mL) and a good clinical response. If indicated, taper the dose over 1 to 2 weeks and avoid abrupt withdrawal. Tolerance to phenobarbitone may develop after prolonged use, therefore dosage may need to be increased as required.
